Every family has a story. Some are big, some are small. There are blended families, nuclear families, single-parent families and extended families. While they don’t all look the same, you can be sure that every person in your family brings their own unique color.
Stitched Together quilts are 21st-century family heirlooms made to mark special occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, holidays or significant life events.

So, how does it work?
Step 1
Purchase
Select a point-of-contact for the family and purchase the quilt. If this is a group gift, we can bill multiple people, just send us an email first. We will reach out within 24 hours to get more information and create a sketch of your family’s layout.
Step 2
Hue Are You?
Gather all your family’s email addresses. We’ll send out a survey where each person will determine what their unique color personality is.
Step 3
Stitch it Together
Let the stitching begin! Once we get a final layout approval, we’ll get to work piecing and quilting the final product! The final quilt will be completed in 3-5 weeks and shipped directly to you (gift wrapped, of course).

FAQs
How do family members select their colors?
After you make your purchase, the Good Quilt team will send out a survey to each family member with different fabric colors to choose from based on each person’s unique personality. Just in case, we ask everyone to select 2 colors to avoid duplicate colors.
Or, if you’d prefer the gift to be a total surprise, we can assist in selecting the colors for you.
How do I know what color to pick?
There are so many to choose from, we know it can be a bit intimidating! To make the selection easier, we’ve complied a list of character traits or personality types for each color.
Who should I include in the quilt?
Great question! Family can be complicated, so we suggest that you customize the quilt to fit your specific family. The family quilt doesn’t focus on how people are related to each other, so it is easy to include members from blended families or your favorite “aunt” who isn’t really related to you by blood or marriage.
Can I add people to the quilt once it is created?
Unfortunately we are unable to modify the quilt once it has been completed due to the nature of quilt making. So sorry!
How will I know who is who?
Each piece comes with a printed key / label on the back of the quilt that identifies each family member with his/her initials.
How do you determine the order of people?
This can be totally customized to fit your preferences. Generally, we do birth order (left to right) and group any in-laws next to their spouses.
